With the recent influx of boybands returning left and right, here is a bright shine to all fans of K-POP who has been following the music world ever since the birth of the original idols.
This is where SHINHWA comes in, many of you might be having the ? appear on top of your heads, here is a hint [BoA isn't the first singer under SM Entertainment]. Yes! You're guess is right, SHINHWA was formed under SM Entertainment and is the only surviving original idol who are still together after 14 years. I was 5 years old when they debuted 14 years is a golden year for an idol group.
On March 28th they released their comeback single titled 'Venus' for those who might not know, 'Venus' also stands for the word 'Beauty'. I did not pay attention to the MV for a week straight thinking that it's gonna be the old kind of K-POP music, well then guess again! SHINHWA combined the old&new art. Their choreography is polished that it has a better standard than the second generation boybands, they didn't try to fit themselves with the current influx of boybands, and most importantly they made themselves known once again. It's a lot of hard work to make yourself known if your against people who are younger than you for a generation.
Now let's talk about the MV. As I mentioned before, their choreography is something to be noted about. It's polished and it has it's own vibe that clearly separates itself from the current boyband dance trend which is the [hip-trust] ob course they have their own version of the hip-trust yet, it's more polished and it gives the dance a cleaner version. No offence to the second generation boybands out there. Their vocals is something that should be mentioned also, while many will take the high notes out, SHINHWA made an amazing combination of low-notes, mid-notes that goes to near high notes and then the sudden appearance of an english&korean rap. A lot to take in but it's gonna be the best 4 minutes of your life. So without further ado! Check out the MV
After months and months of endless teasers of _ _ _ (fill in the blank) an actual MV of the new boyband EXO has been revealed to the public a few days ago. It screams SM ENTERTAINMENT all over due to the simple moves yet it catches the eye. Also, the 12 members concept is a bit old don't you think? This concept was popularized by boyband Super Junior and let's just say that too many members is too much and is a lot of disadvantage to the other members of the group. Though the MV for both is eye catching, and has two different versions, [Korean & Chinese] it still has the same version & dance.
First is NS Yoon-G with her new mini-album titled Neo Spirit, after two years she finally released her first mini-album and the wait was not made in despair as the mini-album contains amazing songs. Her title track titled The Reason I Became a Witch talks about a woman's return to her ex-lover. The music video showcases her improved vocals and dancing, so without further ado! Next is a newly debuted boyband named F.I.X not really sure what their group name stands for but who cares, cause they have an amazing title track for their debut song. Featuring Super Junior's Eunhyuk let's just say they made quite a noise in the K-POP industry. Now this boyband is not just about looks because let's face it, they aren't the most handsome boyband out their, but their vocals are amazing. So without further ado! Next is Davichi & T-ara with We We're In Love 4 members of T-ara [Hyomin, Soyeon, Jiyeon & Hwayoung] collaborated with the two members of Davichi [Haeri & Minkyung] to released a ballad/pop track and for the first time since her debut Hwayoung finally shined with her amazing rapping skills. Not only that member SoYeon finally showcases her amazing vocals (No wonder she was chosen as one of the final members of Girls' Generation). So without further ado! I give you Davichi & T-ara.

And last but not least is boyband Teen Top.Teen Top this time collaborated with hit producers Brave Brothers to create an amazing comeback song. Featuring 4Minute member Sohyun the group made an amazing music video. It also showcases the group's amazing dancing skills, no wonder they we we're once titled the second 2PM. This week it's all about SMTOWN for those who doesn't know SMTOWN is the name given to the artists of SM Entertainment when they are all together. (ex. during a concert, special albums & etc.)
First we will talk about Super Junior for those who doesn't know two members of Super Junior better known as (SuJu) released a single titled 'Oppa Oppa' and believe me it's an addicting song.
The live performances of the song are also nothing but amazing, it's a feat for the two members of Super Junior. So without further ado! I present to you Donghae & Eunhyuk's song of the year.
I posted the one where they performed together with the rest of the Super Junior members and Yesung & Ryeowook's stage are hilarious ;) talk about some serious dance lessons.
Next is the leading girl group for the K-POP World Domination. Girls Generation (SNSD) now when we're talking about a girl group who can belt out the English Language better than anyone then we have SNSD on our side. These girls have been dominating the Korean Charts ever since the released of their most successful single Gee.
Ending the year with the bang, SNSD released an special Christmas Song that was sang in english and it's better than any other SM Artist. Titled Diamond the song is nothing but amazing. Christmas is over, but I still listen to the song. So, without further ado! Listen to SNSD's Diamond.

Last is EXO the new boyband that is suppose to grace us K-POP fans next year, and I must say they are not disappointing us. I mean look at their background, they have SM ENT backing them up, for their debut showcase they had f(x), Girls Generation, TVXQ, SHINee and Super Junior backing them up. If that isn't support from your labelmates and then I don't know what you guys would call support.
Although only 4 members of the group we're announced it is still a mystery as to how many members really are in the group. SM ENT announced that they would be debuting two boy bands next year much like Super Junior who has sub-groups all over the place. EXO members would be divided into two subgroups one named EXO-K (K for Korean) and EXO-M (M for Mandarin). Well, then let's just wait and see what SM will do.

bit off I decided to go with S-KoreAii but it seems too direct, so I decided to change the name of the site again and I came up with Luminous-Rain I don't really know what it
means, but I really love the name that I came up with so I changed it again, there is the story of how Luminous-Rain came to life.
